Smoothie Ingredients

cucumbers
While cucumber is 96% water, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t pack a punch. It helps hydrate your skin, and has essential nutrients like magnesium and potassium. Cucumbers also help as an anti-inflammatory.

mint
Mint plants contain an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent called rosmarinic acid. Mint contains menthol, a natural aromatic decongestant that helps to break up phlegm and mucus, making it easier to expel.

melon
Loaded with vitamin C, melons also have vitamin B6, vitamin K, and folate. It also contains electrolytes, usch as potassium, and magnesium, which is key to hydration.

banana
The leading cause of your headache is dehydration and loss of electrolytes. With tons of potassium, it can help replenish your body hydrate faster.

lime
Limes are high in antioxidants, which are great for your overall health. This includes flavonoids, limonoids, kaempferol, quercetin, and ascorbic acid.
