Besides the yum factor, bananas help with dehydration and loss of electrolytes like potassium. With tons of potassium, it can help replenish your body hydrate faster.
Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C, an antioxidant necessary for immune and skin health. They are also a good source of potassium which is involved in many essential body functions, such as regulating blood pressure.
